Welcome to 100Percent...

100 Percent is a brand new fitness, nutrition and performance business based in Delgany, Greystones.  It offers 1-2-1 or semi-private personal training, and expert evidence-based nutrition coaching.​ 100 Percent offers excellent service to every client, providing the best experience possible, through attention to detail in every aspect. This ethos helps build a friendly, supportive and caring relationship through continual motivation and accountability. 

My main aim is to help you discover, and unleash, the power of exercise and food.  Through mastering the basics of exercise and nutrition, you will achieve your goals, through simple, strategic and supportive coaching.  My approach is both objective and contextual: interpreting scientific findings and through these applying strategies that are personal to you and help you achieve your goals effectively. 

Training and nutrition have always been a major part of my life.  I started my career path as an academic, attaining my undergraduate degree (BSc Hons) in Sport and Exercise Sciences at the University of Ulster, followed up a year later with a Masters (MSc) in Sport and Exercise Nutrition.  I am now a registered Personal Trainer, Strength and Conditioning Coach and Sport and Exercise Nutritionist.  I continue to apply the knowledge I have gained, while constantly striving to further my personal development and knowledge through various educational and development events. 

I have been privileged to apply my knowledge to a range of practical scenarios and clients, through both training and nutrition.   Over the past 10 years, I have been providing training, nutrition and lifestyle guidance to; school children, adolescents, families, business professionals, recreational athletes, and sports teams, all with positive results.  

My distinctive core value is that I challenge un-scientific and mainstream ideas that populate the Internet, newspapers and magazines that are profit driven and not client-focussed. They all have common characteristics... a lack of scientific understanding, flawed interpretation and ultimately, are unsustainable.  In addition, they can put a serious dent in your bank balance and leave your goals remaining unfulfilled and a distant dream. 

My goal is to help, support and encourage people improve their lives by developing relationships that instil positive changes and improvements.  I can help you achieve your goals using scientific knowledge and understanding, to translate this information into practical solutions to help you achieve your goals.
